Pool Lovin' // Hero Arts

Hello everyone! Today I'm participating in the January My Monthly Hero blog hop with a super bright card! You may want to put your sunglasses on. ;)

I started out by stamping the solid part of the heart bouquet (from the main kit stamp set) in Soft Vanilla, then the outline layer with Versamark and Butter Bar.

Because I inked up my stamp with Versamark before Butter Bar, I was able to add some clear embossing powder to the heart without contaminating any ink pads and only stamping once.
I repeated this step twice, die cut the bouquet using the coordinating dies, and then layered my small and large flower.

I stamped the tissue paper in Tide Pool on some minty layering paper, and the bow in Ocean. I die cut both, topped the bow off with a gem, and adhered them together with the bouquet and a white cardstock strip.

For the sentiment, I heat embossed my sentiment in white, then used the newest Infinity Die set - Nesting Postage Stamps! These are so fun to play with!

Finally, I layered everything on a pool card base that I stamped using the add-on, Love Notes, and heat embossed with some clear Sparkle embossing powder (because no My Monthly Hero post from me is complete without it ;))

My sister says this card has too much Pool in it, but I'm already so tired of this winter and looking forward to summer, that the bright colors make me happy. Even if there is a lot of it. ;)

Thanks so much for stopping in today and enjoy the rest of the hop!

BIG DESTASH

ALL SOLD! Thank you so much, everyone!!!

I'm going to be moving! (again!) So that means I have to send off a lot of product that isn't getting any love from me - everything here has gotta go!

Small priority box #1 and #2: SOLD

Medium priority boxes: SOLD

Flat rate envelopes #1 and #2: SOLD

I'm not trying to make a profit here - any costs are there to partially pay for the what I paid for the stamps originally (at full price), and to cover any time/gas/packing materials I spend getting the bundle ready for you. Also, a big reason why I don't charge much is because some of the stamps were given to me as part of design team work (i.e, a My Monthly Hero exclusive stamp set/die), and so that passes on to you free of charge. :)

PayPal friends & family. Free Shipping! Leave me a comment here or e-mail me if you'd like one!

NOTE FOR HERO ARTS STAMPS: The stamps that I am selling are ones that I won/purchased, not stamps that I have been Hero Arts provided me with to create projects as part of their Creative Team - any creative team provided stamps are just added into the boxes and envelopes rather hackey sack as a little bonus, since I'm not using them and would like them to have loving homes. ;)
